UPS Shipping

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Original paintings and large sculptures may require additional handling and packaging time. If your order includes made-to-order or commissioned work, we will provide an estimated completion and ship date before finalizing your purchase.

Packaging
Original artwork is carefully packaged using archival-quality materials and protective wrapping to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our studio. Large or dimensional pieces, including sculptures, are packed in custom-fitted containers with reinforced cushioning.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer automatic international shipping through our online store. If you are located outside the United States and wish to purchase artwork, please contact us directly at ella@ellaalkinuk.com. We will research shipping options and provide a custom quote.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (for UPS shipments) or delivery confirmation details (for local deliveries).

Delivery Issues and Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging and take photographs of the damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with UPS on your behalf. Please allow up to 10 business days for carrier investigation.
