Terms of Service
By accessing and purchasing from Ella Alk Inuk LLC at ellaalkinuk.com, you agree to these terms. Ella Alk Inuk LLC is located at 160 Main Street, Suite 26, Northampton, MA 01060. Email: ella@ellaalkinuk.com.
We sell original acrylic paintings, digital prints, workshops, and speaking engagements. Original artwork is priced at $1.00 per square inch. Workshop and speaking fees range from $150–$1,000 per hour. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Venmo.
All artwork, images, and content are protected by copyright. Purchase of physical artwork does not transfer reproduction rights. These terms are governed by Massachusetts law.

Privacy Policy
We collect name, email, shipping/billing address, and payment information to process orders. We do not sell your personal information. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and/or Venmo; we do not store full credit card details.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing ella@ellaalkinuk.com.

Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Original artwork is shipped with tracking and insurance. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Original artwork sales are final. Prints and merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Report damage within 48 hours to ella@ellaalkinuk.com.
Workshop and speaking cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be rescheduled but are not refundable.

Digital Downloads
Digital files are for personal use only. You may print for personal display. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use images commercially. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Contact ella@ellaalkinuk.com within 7 days if you experience a technical issue preventing access.
